I was at this location last week and I’m here today with their Milkshake and tried the fish burger as the staff suggested it to me. I must say that the burger made fresh. Quality of their burgers never fail me once. They are always very polite and always smiling as they welcome you. Restaurant is always clean! I will always come at least once and I will always choose to come here!
I ordered a triple’s veg burger with shake. When, I inquired from the staff , whether they use the same oil to fry the veg fries or veg patties or non veg items. The staff politely told me they use the same oil to fry veg and non veg stuff, although they are different compartment/pan to fry different-things. The most shocking thing was I was told they fry the veg patties or fries and fish in the same pan , which is so disgusting. This franchise has very poor standards of food preparation. I’ve never had any problems with food there—they’ve been wonderful! .
They served us raw fries. The centre was not even warm and all the fries were essentially frozen. Very disappointing.
