So arrogant to deliver drivers. They have given me negative satisfaction rate on Uber Eats. I have been maintaining 100% satisfaction rate from the beginning but because of this my level gone below average. Especially the girl with Hijab is so arrogant. I don’t know who hired such employees.
A big round of applause to Simon and the amazing team at Triple O’s! We had a large order with plenty of specific requests, and the team went above and beyond to make everything smooth and perfect. Their support, attention to detail, and friendly service truly made a difference.
Wait times for food is horrendous - just for a burger fried and drink I always get told to go wait in front from drive through
Worst customer service. They always requires delivery bag for uber orders. None of the other restaurants needs this. And the girl with Hijab is so arrogant to delivery drivers. I will never take any orders from this restaurant.
