The team at Tripple one Automotive have been amazing. Their Customer service and communication with customers is very detailed. Office staff relay information from the workshop giving me the options of whether I want to go ahead with a repair and what options i have before carrying out the work. Very friendly. Very professional. True to there word. Rang during the service to make sure I was happy for an expensive part that was required (its a Mercedes, everything is expensive). Have booked already for further work to be done. Highly recommend.
Highly recommend Kerran at triple one! He is very helpful and reliable and trustworthy . Service has been nothing but positive and timely! Communicates very well if further works are needed on my vehicle and has always been great value for money.
