I truly don't understand if it's management or staff that is inept, but this place has fallen off of a cliff. Today, they didn't pack my chicken strips. The fries were so old and hard that they were basically inedible. The burger was dry and overcooked, practically burnt on the edges. There was hardly any sauce on it. Triple O's used to be at the top of the fast food mountain. Their decline has been swift, and I will not be fooled by nostalgia again.
It's really good food but extremely expensive for fast food.
The folks here are sweethearts of the highest calibre … to say nothing of how good the food is. Two loyal customers earned.
Good service, friendly staff, and good fries. I like everything except for the price; I wish a small fries didn’t cost $4.08. However when I went there today there was good music playing so I forgot about the price
