Fast, responsive service. Very knowledgeable tech who explained the issue and found a resolution.
Had Triple M come over and troubleshoot a leaking ductless system, that others could not find, well Jordan and Chase had it narrowed down and repaired in no time. Very professional and hard working with the intelligence others lacked. The office staff Sherry and Brent also were great to work with keeping me informed about scheduling and even offering to come by after hours to help out. Great service wouldn't go anywhere else ever again.
I called three different heating and air condition businesses at 4:00 on Monday night. Triple M was the only one that responded! Jordin text me and asked what the problem was and said he was on his way! He went right to work! He figured out our problem and got our heat back on! He saved us from frozen pipe at our cabin. While he was there he found a couple other small things that he sad they could fix. I spoke with Sherri, the office gal, and she was equally accommodating! I called to have our heater serviced and the next day they were here to change the filter and check out our unit. These folks have been excellent in returning calls and being here ASAP. I recommend them highly!
