Good, fair-priced, hard working, honest people. Unfortunately over a year later our furnace still doesn't work.
Our boiler went out on Christmas night when we were out of town. I got a hold of Michael right away and he diagnosed the issue. Unfortunately, we needed special order parts which took a few days to procure with the holiday. Since I was out of town, Michael stopped by my house a few times a day and manually restarted the boiler while we waited. I was so thankful. He sort of saved Christmas.
