I have made four appointments with this company. They didn't bother to call or reschedule . I finally was able to get in contact with someone. It was decided that they would come out on a weekend because it was easier to make it to ********* NC because of traffic . Once again they never showed up or called . The level of professionalism displayed to minority disabled Veterans is disgusting. Based on what there actions shown I truly believe if I was other than a minority Veteran I would of had A+ service
