They towed my car after an accident. They didnt tell me there was going to be any fees anything. They only wanted to know if I had full coverage insurance. They asked me 3 times to see my insurance card. I showed them 3 times. I even went there to get my things out of the car and the brand new battery but of course that was gone and the lady didnt even know what to do. Train your employees.
