Good units and people are friendly but i have never met any just on phone, only reason I gave 4 stars is from gate cose and it could have been my bad but they fixed it couple times and I moved in to bigger unit they tried to give me one had a lock which wasn't their and after the call I was in good unit and all was good
My husband and I have been using this place since July and they have helped us even when we couldn't afford our payment! Glad we found this place
I have been a customer for a couple years now. The changes in management has only brought higher prices, nothing of anymore value. I have not had any issues with theft or damage while there but the lack of concern for the big hole in the fence, the ruts that bottom out your vehicles in the drive and the weeds threatening to block entrances is troubling. Hoping these issues will be addressed with the new management
Their units are clean, resonably priced, app is easy to use, and customer service is great.
I've been using triple j for almost 4 years. I've never had any problems. Nice clean and safe storage
