Love this place. Moved here for retirement from NY. Best thing I did. Well after 7 years and a change in ownership, the park is not the same. in 2 years rent when up 65% and conditions have gone down hill. with the owner not listening to complaints.
I could not ask for a better place to live. Fantastic location. The nicest neighbors you could ask for. Clean and well maintained properties. Very happy to be here.
I asked if there's any homes for rent or sale. The answer was hmmm not any that I know of. Simple question was yes or no.
