TripleJ Automotive did an excellent job fixing my thermostat issue. They were professional, honest, and got everything completed the same day, which I really appreciated. The car is running perfectly now. Highly recommend them if you want quality work and fast service.
We the people are not happy with this business. Julie was so unprofessional.
My sister is from out of town (1.5hrs away up in the Santiam pass area) but was she working in the area and had a check engine light come on. I was meeting her in Aumsville to help her out so I looked up local mechanics and his business came up. Called him and he said come on by. I stopped in, he scanned the vehicle and a few minutes later found out thankfully that it was nothing major. He made a call (part availability) and recommended the solution and the cost. I had John do some work on my hummer, he did a transmission rebuild and replaced and bunch of seals and gaskets; I did have a couple of the gaskets fail however he was able to get me back in to get those warrantied for me at no cost. Everything is back to working great’. I’m going to be taking my truck back to him in a couple weeks to have some more done. I would 10/10 recommend.
Jon has been great to work with. He has been honest and up front about the issues he is addressing with our vehicles. He completes work on time and always for the same price he quotes. He has reached out multiple times after to ensure there are no further issues. I would recommend Triple J for any regular maintenance or major repairs.
