Just crashed my 2002 lexus Es300, totaled it completely. front end was destroyed. made it out okay. but 0 air bags and multiple other things wrong with the car not long after leaving the lot. had to redo the serpentine belt and balded front wheels, sold it to me as is under a reconstructed title saying that the only thing wrong was that the water pump might have been going out. that was the only thing. Our family has now bought two vehicles from this company outstanding customer service! Not sure what all the bad reviews are about.But come on people, you are buying a used car and they're not future tellers. What I will tell you if anything is wrong with your vehicle with this company.They go out of their way to make it right above and beyond. Fortunately , I have bought two vehicles that have been in terrific shape. #1 go to place in my book to get a used fairly priced car.
My experience was one of concern. I had a bunch of life events all converge at one time, and had been fortunate enough to come here and find a vehicle that was what I was looking for. Unfortunately, an issue with the engine showed up (it wasn't found when the dealer brought it to the mechanic) and the car was dead on arrival. The friendly and supportive staff took care of me, got me in a new and better vehicle, and did right by me. Life happens, but these guys were there when it went south. They said my purchase went through mechanic. Either it didn't, or they have the worst mechanic on the Oregon coast. Heating and fan system not working. Problem with blinkers. Weird noise in engine fan system. List goes on. Just not a good place to buy a used car. Taking it to Ken Ware for a complete check up.
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! my 18 year old son bought a used Jeep from these guys last weekend. Yesterday it overheated on the hwy and turns out the head gasket is bad, not to mention the breaks and wheel bearings are also bad. SAVE YOUR MONEY, DO NOT BUY FROM THESE FRAUDSTERS.
