Nash and Michele are top notch professionals. My 2019 Ram broke down near their shop (I was driving from Texas). Rear differential seized and the drive shaft separated. They worked extensively with my insurance company request for break down of the rear diff and pics and a technical summary of the cause. In the end insurance still didn’t pay but that didn’t stop Triple J’s from trying. In the end it took longer for the parts to arrive then it did to install. Half days work and my truck was like new.
