Easily 10 out of 10. Extremely friendly, kind, and helpful staff. They take good care of you - good people. Mr. Nash is also the very best. If you need quality, trustworthy service, Triple J is the place to go. If they weren't 25 miles from me and closed on Saturdays, I would happily drive there just for an oil change and a tire rotation...but regardless, if I had a more serious concern, Triple J is the only place I would fully trust to take care of it.
The waterpump in my Chevys 6.6 Duramax diesel crapped out. Got on the schedule easily. Quoted an awesome price and stuck to it. Picked it up the next day. Runs and drives as it should. Thanks Guys!
Didn't get to get them for service, however I'm rating their help. I was stranded with a blown tire and stubborn lug nuts. I was about a 0.5 mile from the shop. I called but they were completely booked. Michelle recommended a nearby tire shop who had need running in no time. They were very caring and compassionate... She didn't have to suggest other places, but did and I was all fixed up! I'll definitely use them in the future.
I have a couple of good mechanics but one day they told me to take my car to Triple J due to a problem that even they were cautious to undertake. I have 322,000 mile on this four cylinder Hyundai and Triple J really breathed new life into it. As far as I can tell it runs like a new car and barely uses any oil. We were on a family trip and our alternator died in the middle of the road. I called about 10 different businesses in the area and none agreed to help us out. It was already around 4 PM, when I called Triple J and they agreed to do the repairs, despite the fact their mechanical had to stay afterhours to finish with our car. In addition, they gave us a very reasonable price. The new alternator works flawlessly and we safely returned back to Georgia.
