Service department is the worst I have ever dealt with. Took my RV in the middle of May 2025 to have the annual inspection done, an awning replaced, and some warranty work. Received a call early June that informed me that most of the work had been done but there may be an AC issue they discovered. They said they would provide an update once they knew more. We Decided to buy a camper for my family to live in full-time while we build our house. We looked at a lot of different places and decided on Triple H Rv not only were we greeted and welcomed by everyone there, but our sales person Mr. Kevin was extremely professional and made me feel like he had my full attention. Bought a camper had some bad luck with blowouts. Ripped wires loose and Triple H handled all of it. Joe in Haleyville did the work and he did an amazing job! Ashton and Ashlyn was amazing to deal with it as well! Shane Hulsey took care of me and his team rocked the entire process!
We purchased our camper a year ago from Triple H. The sales experience was phenomenal, but that’s where anything good about this place stops. When we got home with our camper, the slide and bed tilt would not work at all. Initially we were told they would travel to come do work if something happened. While at the dealership, we told them we lived outside the 50 mile radius for servicing and they assured us that was ok.
