Purchased a travel trailer and added a service contract in the amount $3,400. I cancelled the service contract and the refund was to be $3,101.64 and the dealership charged another $499 cancellation fee. What a ripoff. Buyer beware stay away from this RV dealership.
We purchased our first travel trailer, a 2024 Puma Destination from Triple H Rv on December 7, 2024. We drove over 4 hours as the price was competitive and the salesman was wonderful. We even spent almost $500 in products from their online store. We had an issue with sakes taxes being overcharged and I had to call and request a refund for the overcharged. Service department is the worst I have ever dealt with. Took my RV in the middle of May 2025 to have the annual inspection done, an awning replaced, and some warranty work. Received a call early June that informed me that most of the work had been done but there may be an AC issue they discovered. They said they would provide an update once they knew more.
