By 1981, the company had moved to a 20,000-square-foot facility in Corona, California and was on its way to becoming one of the largest private-label and co-packing companies on the West Coast. Having worked for nearly a decade in warehouses, including a recent position at an S&P 500 company, I have never encountered a more unorganized, unsanitary, and unprofessional workspace than at Triple H Foods. I was hired to fill a Batcher position, but instead of doing the job, I was forced to handle a bunch of random tasks. The company's processes are not only inefficient and unsanitary but are also costing them money. The management here really needs to fire these staff members. The driver had to go back and front several times just to find the right delivery window. First they tell you to go to the front, then the back. When you finally get to the right spot, they don’t even check the paperwork—they just tell you to back into any dock. There are no clear signs anywhere for the drivers!!!This place is an absolute mess—completely unprofessional.
Employees are friendly from what I can tell during my two visits. They do their best to get trailers loaded asap. Today some of them were working thru lunch to get trucks in and out. Drivers park along fence and building to walk to mandoor to checkin. Leave room for trucks leaving dock doors this helps everyone.
