I am a resident at an apartment property, & I recently came home from a trip to a flood in the bathroom. The apartments staff has done nothing about it other than call Johnny which was the best decision they made about anything. He came by so quick & has been here practically every day for the past week checking on the moisture, & coming out to fix the drywall.
