Great customer service. Samantha was very knowledge and did an amazing job. New boiler is running great! Thank you
So grateful to find an expert to do a fall inspection and reset of our water treatment system! Our farm water treatment system is fairly complex and involves computerized equipment. The technician who arrived had no difficulty at all in dealing with it. we are now permanent customers!!
The repair took longer than I had anticipated, as several attempts were needed before the issue was fully resolved. Unfortunately, this resulted in higher labor charges than I expected. While I appreciate the technician’s effort and persistence in resolving the issue, I was disappointed with the overall cost, particularly given the time spent on the unsuccessful attempts. I would greatly appreciate it if you could consider some form of adjustment or compensation toward the labor charges.
On-time, respectful, and knowledgeable. Have always had a good experience with Triple G.
Great experience! Very knowledgeable!
