Plumbing is not good. Ground floor apartment bathtubs are prone to filling up with sewage. Front office is not helpful and will try to use technicalities to shake you down at the end of the lease; different office staff will quote different 60-day notice dates and use that discrepancy against you. Additionally, this management company has a habit of charging late fees to rent payments only 1 day after they are due which is against North Carolina law (a 5 day grace period is required).
