Great communication, reasonable prices. Now the negative - turned sr conditioner down to 68 and on vs auto, left dirty shoe prints on bathroom, kitchen, entrance into house with pine straw, obvious sticky places where machine had been place, dried drips of solution on floor in trails and on kitchen counters, plus left used glove in driveway.
