The caretakers that they have are great they truly care. Caretakers get 5+stars but management they can have a 2 star review. Be prepared for a sticker shock. 2 years no rate increase no level of care has changed. Went from $3000 a month to $5074+ still lowest in Elizabethtown but fixed incomes don't increase because the rent does. Triple crown bought Bluegrass assitedbliving last year Known as Aspen Alcove of Elizabethtown.

Very disturbing to know that your corporation is using Omnicare for prescription services. Omnicare has just settled a Medicare, Medicaid,and Tricare fraud case with the D.O.J. for over $400 million dollars.

I toured the 3 of the communities and spoke with staff and management I know more than one family that has there in the community for over a year and had all good things to say, the one thing that's important to me is activities and each communities had amazing activities going on each day O toured. I didn't schedule the tours so each was a surprise visit. I am definitely sold on Triple Crown Senior Living

My father was in memory care. Do not put your family member in there. The care has gotten progressively worse since January. We are now trying to move out and getting roadblocks from management to get my father transferred and paperwork done. They use temps who do not know the residents nor do they provide adequate personal care. Clothes missing, toiletries not being attended, residents left to soil briefs instead of taken to their rooms to use facilities. Don't go there!!!
