Rosie went above and beyond what was expected. I called her during the Summer to inquire about a home for sale but unfortunately wasn’t in our price range. Rosie mentioned that she would keep in contact with me as new homes in other areas and communities become available and she did just that. Our journey began at the Emerald model home, and as soon as we walked in, we were greeted by Bruce. He talked to us at length and explained the whole process and how Triple Crown conducts business and what to expect from them. Closed/ took ownership the last week of December 2021, I noticed a few issues and was assured they'd be corrected and I sensed the need they had to get my home off the books for the new year therfore I signed the paperwork. All the little issues which are common with new construction were resolved except the paint. I contacted my foreman roughly 3 weeks after moving in regarding poor paint which had already began to peel and flake off in some areas, I was told the painters would be sent out to fix any discrepancies.
