I paid upfront for a large amount of treatments with a lot of issues in my hips and shoulder. The man promised he would give me movements and stretches to do on my own. In the end, everytime I went in, it was the same movements, minimal insightful conversation on my treatment, just personal side talk. Then moved you along.
