Worst nursing home you can witness, communication skills are below zero, rude nurses, supervisors and frontdesk... i would like the owner reach out i have to report the staff overthere. They don't want to find solutions but argue and it's impossible to work with them; please hire people who are helpful and not useless.
My Mom is here now and the staff is very attentive and kind. Lots of great activities for residents to do
We had a great experience when my husbands mother had fallen at home and broke 5 ribs the hospital placed her at TC for rehab and she loved it there and the staff was great!! It’s quite a thankless job these nurses and staff do and I’m just leaving this review to let them know we appreciated everything you did for my MIL while she was in your care. We have regrettably lost her since this time, but I am happy she was taken care of and happy. Thank you, Triple Creek!
I am in senior healthcare in skilled home health, and I would highly recommend Triple Creek to those looking for a solid retirement community or short term rehabilitation. Tiffany Hutson, their Social Services Director, is extremely knowledgeable at what she does, and your loved one will be in good hands! If my parents were still with us, I would send them to Triple Creek!
Mom has been here on the Memory Unit for 1 1/2 years. She receives great care, is stable medically now. Good health for the circumstances. I'm the POA and they do a great job of keeping me informed. The nurses have gone to great lengths to get my mom to take her meds. It's a great unit and a great fit for my mom. We were here due to a broken hip and it's not the place we asked for but this is where she is supposed to be, God made the decision for us. We couldn't be in a better place.
