This place was wonderful I haven't seen so much compassion in health care worker's in a long time . The care there was amazing I'm just blowen away 5 out of 5 stars
Poor facility for rehab if you need some assistance. Food ordered, not delivered, when requested again arrived cold. No one knew any answers to questions or if they did, answers were more often incorrect. Told physician would see prior to discharge--didn't happen. Discharged on a Friday without any true scheduled follow up dialysis information; someone would be in touch probably Monday; and guess what - can't find lab results taken that Friday to be reported to dialysis on Monday. I would highly recommend Triple Creek. They take a personal interest in every resident. They keep the residents involved in activities encouraging them to participate. Also encourage them to eat in the dining room.
Triple Creek Retirement has provided good care for family member. The staff is overall friendly and caring to residents. There are many activities to keep residents active. The grounds are well kept and residents can plant flowers and vegetables. There are contained areas allowing the residents to enjoy the outdoors. It is a nice facility.
Triple Creek is the best. Staff is friendly and compassionate, and the activities are amazing. The activities director puts a lot of thought and care into the events and activities with the residents. It's hard to get bored here. I have and continue to recommend this facility to friends and family.
