As a city girl, I wasn’t quite sure what to expect heading into the Montana mountains with my cowboy-at-heart significant other. Stayed in a secluded log cabin with a private outdoor hot tub and wood-burning fireplace—perfect after a day of guided fly fishing on the West Fork. Meals were exceptional: chef’s multi-course dinners, house wines, and a memorable Chef’s Table tasting. Tried horseback riding and a vintner weekend tasting—staff arranged everything and anticipated our needs. Heated pool, dry sauna and gentle yoga rounded out the perfect mix of adventure and relaxation.
