Love this company. The team is amazing! They are always punctual (usually arrive before time), thorough and quick. I have been very happy with the service. The office manager is also always responsive and very accommodating if schedules change. Definitely recommend.
The Triple C ladies and Sergii, the owner, are exceptional. They are reliable and trustworthy. They do a truly remarkable job every time they are at my house. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Really, what I experienced was ownership simply pushing their luck, ad hoc. The cleaning lady and her work itself was satisfactory, although not what was expected for an initial premium $ deep clean. The communication was sloppy, vague, and opportunistic. The Owner fired this client after day one, in retaliation for me disputing being pressured to pay $60 for unauthorized extras.
