Spoke with them over the phone about getting a quote for some housework. They said they would schedule a free inspection/quote but then ignored all of my follow-up calls/texts to schedule it. Not sure why they said they could help if they don’t want business. At least communicate with your customers if there is an issue. Life happens, but communication is important if you are running a business.
