Diabolical is being kind. I contacted the surgery, which automatically connects to a call centre. Unfortunately, when enquiring about sensitive health issues that require intervention and advice of the GP, having a conversation with an individual based overseas whose second language is English is not ideal. EDIT: They reached out to apologize, and also waived off my fee. Which is greatly appreciated. ORIGINAL: I am extremely frustrated. I had a telehealth appointment on the 9th of September where the doctor issued me prescriptions, and I asked the receptionists, on call, to mail the original scripts to my pharmacy. I spoke to them and was told they will be mailed - but they never did anything about it. I wasn’t able to pick it up being bedridden. We have seen Dr Iqbal several times and highly recommend him. He is very thorough and follows up with patient. This Dr is professional and friendly. And makes sure that you are getting the best care possible. We are lucky to have Triple C Health here in Karuah.
I put off joining this practice for such a long time, now I wonder why, I have had only positive appointments no long wait, on time every time, the staff are very efficient and friendly, making the whole experience excellent from the whole team.
