I am very disappointed in the product that was delivered to my home. This cement was so bad it was hardened in less than 30 minutes and could barely be worked with to make it presentable. As a result we have to chip up at least a third and the construction worker wants to take up 2/3 and start over. Who is going to pay? Triple C should be reputable enough to admit that their product lately has gone down hill, and reimburse me for added cost of cement and labor
