the lady that answers the phone isn't professional at all...when i called and asked a question she always had to write my name down and would have the NP call me back like she couldn't answer a simple question. couldn't even tell me when my appointment was and had to wait two days for a call back. also, when she's on the phone with you she cuts you off while you're talking and acts like you're inconveniencing her.
