I’m new to Illinois having recently moved from out of state. I made an appointment with another salon and stylist, in advance, with a deposit, for K-tip extensions. Long story short, she cancelled on me the day of the appointment. I researched salons that do K-tip extensions and BBauer popped up. I came in for just a hair wash and left feeling like I’d had a full spa experience. They offered a range of drinks (I chose tea) and the wash was incredibly relaxing: reclining seat, cozy blanket, warm towel, weighted cushion, head and neck massage…so luxurious! Afterward, they detangled and styled my curls with a defining product and they air-dried beautifully. I wasn’t expecting such a pampering experience. I booked two more appointments on the spot and plan to come back weekly. Highly recommend this salon!

wonderful service, amazing atmosphere. you can really tell everybody there not only loves working there but they make sure you understand what you want and they deliver excellent results. love the tea and coffee bar, too!

Thanks Darlena! I actually love color now. It’s incredibly hard to find a place to get color and cut right. And having folks listen to what you are looking for. I appreciate the customer service so thank you very very much
