Tim was money well spent when my wife and I built our first home. Not knowing a lot going into the process, Tim took the time to walk through with us to help familiarize us with the responsibilities of homeownership, giving us lots of confidence. He was respectful, timely, and flexible, making it an easy and enjoyable process. Would highly recommend to anyone needing a home inspection!
Responses were quick after reaching out to set up appointments. They gave me a range of dates to select and on the day of, arrived promptly. I walked with Tim throughout the inspection process and it was very educational. He was knowledgeable and gave good info on what could be addressed and recommendations for replacement parts. Would recommend.
They did an inspection on a house we owned and in the process broke off part of our siding, left a hole in our ceiling and left a bunch of leaves all over our carpet that we had vacuumed and steam cleaned
We were purchasing a new house and Tim came highly rated for home inspections. He communicated well with us about scheduling so we could meet our inspection deadlines.
