They did an inspection on a house we owned and in the process broke off part of our siding, left a hole in our ceiling and left a bunch of leaves all over our carpet that we had vacuumed and steam cleaned
We were purchasing a new house and Tim came highly rated for home inspections. He communicated well with us about scheduling so we could meet our inspection deadlines. When it came to the inspection, he pointed out some great things that we otherwise wouldn’t have noticed. Tim was very friendly, thorough, and efficient when inspecting our future home! He took time to explain everything in detail and taught us all the ins and outs of owning a house, expected costs, and where to go for minor maintenence fixes. Awesome experience!
