Brandon of Triple B is a great guy, friendly and knowledgeable. This is my first house on septic, and about the extent of my knowledge is that if the red light goes on, something is bad wrong. Monday morning I found our septic alarm light was on. I found a tripped breaker and closed it, the alarm light went off but the power light stayed off. We basically stopped using water (using the woods for a restroom, hose for a shower) and called a service company. That company flaked on us and it was too late to try another company. ... read more

Brandon at Triple B Septic was great to work with! Super easygoing, showed up right when he said he would, and really took the time to explain what was going on. You can tell he really knows what he’s doing and takes pride in his work. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. Definitely recommend Triple B septic.
