I went to this place with high expectations. 80+ ratings and an overall score of almost a perfect 5 stars. In short, I was let down. With an appointment time of 2pm, I took off of work at 12pm expecting to drop my car off. I got a call at 2pm saying he is running behind and if I could wait a "little bit."
