About to sign up for uber I'm fed up with this cab service they suck! I waited a whole hour when I finally called they told me they came already an my phone sent right to VM bull crap! Can't wait to get a car

I don't see how they been in business for 20 years. they are the worst and rudest people. the owner also has no customer service skills. he told me well if you don't like out service then you should call someone else.

They are the rudest people I have ever had to deal with. They were rude on numerous occassions and yelled at my 92 year old grandmother. They also like to hang up on people. The owner doesn't help. He is the root of the problem.

I wish I even had the opportunity to tell how the cab ride was yet that didn't occur. Their service was absolutely atrocious! I called just to get a cab from one place to the other and when asked how long the wait time was they told me 45 minutes and hung up on me. I am sure business cannot be well if you treat potential customers in such a way

They give a pick up window of 45 minutes which was always fine. They usually made it in that time frame. Sometimes they had other pickups which would in turn make me late. The problem is that they are never on time when they are supposed to pick you back up. I finally got fed up with be stuck somewhere for an hour waiting to be picked back up and with the driver's attitude. I tried speaking with the owner and that did not help. I used this service 3 times ONLY because there was no one else available. It's really hard to get taxi's in a small town like Gary, IN. The first time I used the service it took him about an hour to pick me up, this sucked but it's was the soonest he could get there. The second time I called was for for a ride to my Veterinarian's office. I told him I would be calling in an hour for a ride back home. I called for taxi service Tuesday February 17, 2009 at 6:45am to be picked up at 8:00am in order to get to work by 8:30am. The driver didn't come until 9:15 and needless to say I was over an hour late for work. I had to make several calls to see what the holdup was, and I was told that I would be next. To make matters even worse, the driver didn't even have change!! I had to go inside my place of employment and get change. This AAA service should be re-named to FFF!!!!
