I was not happy at all. i thought she was putting conditioner on my hair and I asked and she said "I am bleaching your hair". I did not ask her to do that, I had asked her to give a nice haircut so some of my burgundy hair would be cut off and then to style it but she bleached it and didn't do it right, the style was not right either. So I left, not only did I still pay her but i was not and still am not a happy camper at all. I hope the owner sees this post.
I’ve been coming here for a few years now and don’t plan on ever leaving. They are all great but I’ve been going to Olga who treats my hair like if it’s her own. She cares so much for my hair and I love it. They are not about just making money, they are a group of hairstylists that care for you and your hair. Their services are exceptional. 100% recommended.
Melisa was amazing. My hair has literally never looked this good!! I got a deep conditioning treatment and a blow dry and I feel like THAT girl!! She even made me coffee while my hair was deep conditioning!! 1000000/10 experience seriously!!
Melissa is simply the best! I go to her regularly for my wash & set, and she also does my extensions — every time, the results are flawless. She’s professional, attentive, and genuinely cares about making sure you leave feeling confident and beautiful.
