I had a really bad experience at this medical centre. Dr. Dragica Milinkic is the rudest doctor I have ever encountered in my time living in Australia. She never gave a straight answer to any of my questions and appeared to lack the basic courtesy expected from a medical professional. During my visit, she asked me to do some blood tests, which I completed. Upon returning for a follow-up, the results showed everything was normal. Turned up 2 hours before closing time and there's a sign saying no more patients...booked out. They didn't take calls either. This is the 2nd time this has happened and 1 time the doctor decided to take his regular work day off. This medical centre is the worst with only 2 doctors that's worth a mention and that doesn't include the script "doctor" who supposed to be the boss. Better management is desperately needed at this centre as there has been many issues over the years.

I would not recommend booking in with Dr thana alagan, she was extremely rude to me during the time i went to consult with her about my skin. I believe she was projecting her hate for muslims and islam in general because i went in wearing a niqab, and she basically told me that i should take it off if i wanted "clear skin" even after i tried to tell her i don't wear it all the time, and i've had bad experiences with my skin. They 'open at 7am on Saturdays only for them to tell you the one and only doctor available won't arrive until 8am and then it will be another 1hr wait until the doctor can see you. What a joke.
