Would give ZERO stars if possible, but not able. MIchael Tracy made me promises on my case, wouldn't return calls, the case went nowhere and I lost valuable TIME and MONEY with him. H O R R I B L E man, HORRIBLE firm, HORRIBLE service. He takes advantage of employees and does NOT fight.
He is one of the best attorneys I know of in California for I.T. employment wage issues. If you were paid a salary, he may be able to get you a huge award if you put in many hours. He understands the law and which aspects of a job make an employee non-exempt and which do not. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend him.
