Great experience! Highly recommend
We lived here for 6 months and it was a great experience living here! I would like to add a few details: 1) The apartment was clean and spacious. Special mention to balcony and kitchen, both of them were fairly large. 2) We had 2 maintenance requests during our stay and both of them were resolved next day. We were also locked out of our apartment(outside office hours) and the staff came to rescue in an hour. I believe there’s less concern about losing delivery packages in this area. I’ve already placed a few online orders, and all my packages were safely delivered to my doorstep. I have lived at Triphammer Apartments for 3 years and just resigned my lease for a 4th year. I have submitted maybe 3 maintenance requests in my entire time here! There is rarely any problems and the complex itself is lovely with mostly families and graduate students. Everyone is friendly - the other tenants, the maintenance staff, the office staff. They proactively fix apartments - for the past 3 years they have slowly been replacing the sliding doors on all apartments (which I believe they have completed), and when they we... read more
