I have lived at Triphammer Apartments for 3 years and just resigned my lease for a 4th year. I have submitted maybe 3 maintenance requests in my entire time here! There is rarely any problems and the complex itself is lovely with mostly families and graduate students. Everyone is friendly - the other tenants, the maintenance staff, the office staff. I've had the pleasure of living in Triphammer Apartments for the past two and a half years. My 2-bedroom home was on the second floor, and it was really quiet and spacious. One of my favorite things was the kitchen. It was super spacious and newly remodeled. As someone who loves to cook and baking, having a modern, well-equipped kitchen was a real treat. I had such a great experience living here! The property management team was so nice and accommodating. I asked to have my lease shortened because we were moving earlier than expected and they had zero issues allowing us to do that. I cannot recommend this place enough! A/C worked great, the area was peaceful, the apartment was modern and beautiful.
