We purchased insurance as part of our Viking Tour of the Greek Islands. Four days before departure I was advised by my doctor that I should not travel. I called Viking and cancelled and was sent a cancellation invoice and instructions on how to file a claim. This company is the antithesis of anything you would ever want to involve yourself with as a consumer. The amount of time that I wasted jumping through hoops for them is comical. I wish I could go back in time and tell the past me that everything I was doing was just pissing in the wind. My issues with this company are innumerable. They lie about the “service” they provide.
