Was a chilly evening at the market so we figured that a warm comfort meal was in order. I ordered the lobster mac & cheese, while my husband got the pulled pork. Both were absolutely delicious
Tried the food truck for lunch. Amazing loaded mac & cheese with crispy toppings and flavorful sauces. The portions were huge and everything was fresh and hot. Fun, tasty comfort food — a great find when the truck is around!
This food truck was at the Victoria Highland Games and it had quite a bit of a lineup so decided to give it a shot. The lobster mac & cheese was $23 and it was really good. It was filling and a bit rich so I handed over the remaining ⅛ for the boyfriend to finish up; would've eaten the whole thing but I think the haggis I ate for breakfast was still talking in my belly. The pulled pork Mac and cheese was unreal! Creamy, flavourful and loved the crunch from the crispy onions!
Lobster and Mac was delicious but $41 for a lobster Mac and cheese and a regular macaroni and cheese with one pop is absolutely ridiculous. On top of it they asked for a tip option lol. 😂 little guy.
