Showed up to our appointment for them to tell me they cancelled it the same day I made it. No phone calls, no emails, nothing. Then the front staff just said... that's not our problem, sorry. We are full have nothing to offer you. Staff is rude, and unhelpful.
Front staff are ridiculously idiotic. Booked an appointment 2 months in advance. I show up the day of they tell me they tried to call me same day I made my appointment to cancel, called the wrong number never followed up again. 5 seconds later I get a check in message proving that they did have the right number all along. How hard is it to do a little digging to make sure this doesn’t happen? Waste of everyones time.
I’m seeing dr Elizabeth Braller, she an amazing dr . I have got to see her few times ,but I’m so happy that I have found a dr like her . She very understanding an over al a caring dr thank you , Denise crow
