PLEASE TRAIN YOUR RECEPTIONIST TO BE BETTER! overall there are some nice ones not the first time I call in and there rude and have no consideration about what your explanation to them I’m tired of dealing with receptionist when there in a mood I get it we all have problems outside of work but if you don’t know customer service why work there? Horrible management. They cancelled appt without patients consent so they made me drive for nothing. They do care about their lunch and their break hour so much but they do not care about patients. Again, horrible receptionists!!

Extremely rude receptionist. Kept telling me I didn’t have insurance (when in fact I did. The hospital even took my insurance!) and kept turning me away especially when my son was sick. Said I missed three appointments when I didn’t. I have them all written down! Said they will call back and they never do. Had to call about 6 times and only to be told “we will give you a call back” again. Definitely don’t recommend going here.
Dr. Fix was very attentive and incredibly willing to listen and work with me. The nurses here are also excellent at making you feel welcome and safe.
