This program has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my mental health. The environment is supportive, judgment-free, and truly focused on growth. The facilitators genuinely care, and the sense of brotherhood makes a huge difference—you realize you’re not alone. I’ve gained practical tools and a stronger sense of direction. Wow! I was at a crossroads with multiple stressors and complex layers of PTSD generated by negative family and social experiences. They all collected up and in my search for help I found Triony. Their intakes are detailed and valuable. I recieved multiple fact based testing that revealed specific diagnoses that made sense. I cannot overstate how grateful I am to be at Triony Behavioral Health for this part of my recovery journey.
