A close friend of mine has been attending group therapy here while working through a tough time, and I’ve seen how much this group has helped them. They’ve felt genuinely supported, respected, and safe opening up, which isn’t easy to find. I’m really grateful places like this exist for people who need support.
This place helped a friend through a difficult time in life. After months of trying to find the appropriate care for both physical and mental health he chose here because he felt comfortable sharing in an all male group therapy setting. He went in part time, and came out whole. I am glad to see my friend walk with a little more ease and a smile again.
I’ve held off writing this review for too long. I walked in off of the street for a consultation 3 months ago. I was immediately alarmed at how people seemed to care, and I noticed that this place was different than my past awful experiences in the mental health realm. It took until today for me to finally be comfortable with receiving a helping hand. I needed it more than I could put into words.
