the quality of customer service here is bad and its difficult trying to get anyone who can really help you.
On January 2nd 2020 I was charged for a COBRA policy that ENDED in 2019. I have tried to reach out to Trion via MANY phone calls only to get the run-around. I have requested to speak to management and even wrote a letter. It is almost March and no refund has been issued. I closed my bank account to keep them from continuing to take money from me. Horrible company. Poor management, and poor pay for the amount of work they expect you to do. The management would never offer you any help when requested, and would just direct you to your own guide book.The feeling of being a slave is very real here. NEVER work here.
