I don’t leave reviews lightly, but this experience deserves to be shared. I purchased what was represented as commercial-grade equipment from this shop, including a weedwacker and a $2,000+ snow blower. The weedwacker has been faulty from the start, but manageable with more maintenance than should be required. The snow blower, however has been a constant problem. The guys came through for me on Ryobi parts for my 40 v electric snowblower. Ryobi Canada was a useless disaster and all other suppliers had a lead time for weeks. I made a call to Triole and they has the part in 2 days. Huge shout out and I highly recommend!
