Dr. Lance (chiropractic care) has made the pain in my hip that was there for over a year almost go away after 3 appointments. I thought it was joint issues from the hormone blockers I take… but he evaluated it was a few muscles that involve/support the hip. I walked 3 miles the other day pain free!! 💃🌅
Yoga at Trio is wonderful! The space is a great size and I love when they throw open the retractable door in the summer! 🧘♀️🙏📿
Do NOT miss the Wednesday PM “Wellness classes”!! My husband and I attended Meg Frens (Aire) mobility lab on 6/18 and were treated to a full hour of helpful and individual attention on how to increase, strengthen, stretch, stabilize different areas of the body. SO much useful information in just an hour!!
