Went to Trio for the first time for a massage- it was the best one I've had in the area. The therapist listened to my concerns, focused on the area- she was phenomenal! Highly recommend and I'll definitely be going back!
Katie has been teaching our 'Feline and Flow' yoga classes at Holland Cat Cove and she's been great! I've gotten lots of compliments on her yoga style from our attendees.
Woke up with 10/10 neck pain, I couldn’t move my neck at all without crying so I called Dr Trey. He got me in right away! He was extremely thorough and worked on my neck with muscle stimulation, cupping, scraping, the activator, and stretching. I was so impressed with his knowledge on all of these techniques! I barely had any range of motion without pain when I got there, and he was able to help bring some of the mobility back in just one session. I felt amazing after a 90 minute massage with Katie. She is so good with the right amount of pressure and releasing spots and knots. So relaxing!
Wasn’t sure what to expect from Halo therapy but relaxation never felt so good! Wonderful hospitality and yummy/healthy snacks! Looking forward to trying this and other services offered soon.
