We scheduled an appointment for repair on a large appliance. The appointment time given was between 8 am and 10 am. At 11:00 a.m. no one had shown up yet and no one had called. Contact with Trio stated the repairman "had issues with another repair job" (They scheduled two jobs for the same time? Really?) I explained that we had lost a day's wages due to keeping this appointment and no one had called to let us know their issue. My experience with Trio was unbelievable. I thought businesses like this were gone forever. Glad to know there's someone who actually "cares" about the customer. Knowledgable and helpful. Reasonably priced and they service what they sell and they're "certified" as well. Quality products and prompt delivery. I've had their appliance and TV service too...and man oh man, those people know what they're doing. I'm telling all of my friends and neighbors about them. Fast professional service Last year we had to take our older model RCA floor model television in for service, and was very impressed with all aspects. The tv was repaired in 4 days, the cost was around a hundred dollars, and the staff was very professional. Prior to doing any work they had called us to tell us what the problem was and how much it would cost prior to completing the work, just in case we did not want to put alot of money into a dinosaur of a tv. The store is well lighted and the parking lot is good, although m... read more

Great service! Haven't been here for a couple years but they had real reliable products. Serviced everything they sell! Service is A-1. Small mom and pop store but you can't beat the service in these stores.
