The tiniest airport with the nicest staff
Quietly nestled in South Hill community just off 136th. Nice 2 & 3 bedroom condos are very well built and maintained. It’s nice to be home here.
Beware! All buildings have excessive roof and siding damage, rot and organic (mold) growth on attic insulation and roof/siding sheathing, since at least 2023. Additionally, HOA management company is not good.
DONT MOVE HERE. HOA will make you pay insane fees while not doing anything to deter crime or fix problems. I’ve lived here for 2 years, when the gate breaks it takes weeks to get it fixed. People break into the complex to swim in the pool, steal your license plates, and break your car windows. This has happened probably 10+ times since I’ve lived here. HOA makes you pay a parking fee just for your cars to be broken into! Management is a joke. If you’re buying a condo here for $310,000 you’re absolutely insane. MOVE SOMEWHERE... read more
