Trio Condos SUCKS. lived there for 2 years. HOA plays favorites and constantly tickets/tows cars that are supposed to be there. HOA likes to bully anyone they don’t like. HOA is a joke. If you ever encounter Bonnie, do your best to avoid her as she is an extreme joke and has bones to pick with anyone who doesn’t agree with her. OH and your guests are only allowed to stay a certain amount of time a month and then HOA threatens to tow the car. Do NOT move here. The tiniest airport with the nicest staff
Quietly nestled in South Hill community just off 136th. Nice 2 & 3 bedroom condos are very well built and maintained. It’s nice to be home here.
