Plumber Greg arrived punctually, was polite and professional, and very respectful of any stuff that was in the way while installing my dishwasher from Lowe's. He also gave a reasonable timeframe for installation and stuck to it. I can see why Trio Plumbing Co. Is the preferred plumber for Lowe's if the other plumbers are like him.
After a house fire, my whole house's plumbing was done by Trio Plumbing. That was two years ago. Since then I have had the kitchen piping fall apart--literally. Trio repaired that at no charge since it was less than one year old, but they would have charged me for all the following: The shut-off valve downstairs had to be replaced, the main bathroom water shut-off had to be replaced, and the most recent thing was the water heater had to be replaced.
