From the first chats with Dino, to Vince's design, NJ's support on the ground, Brendan's supervision, and Bonnie's interiors, every step was clear and every person was spectacular. We just built our rear lot home with Trio, the team there were fantastic to deal with. We were located in Karratha during the build and the communication was second to none given the restrictions of us being so far away, we will definitely be using them on the next one.
Highly recommend using Trio Homes. From start to finish, had nothing but good, positive interactions with all the staff. From the early planning stage, pre starts, on-site meetings, had a fantastic experience. Staff are all very professional, friendly, and really go out of their way to make you happy, and accommodate you wherever they can.
We are overseas owners and embarked on a sub-division project with considerable caution. Referred to Dino, he assured me we could trust them to look after our interests. The “Trio” were good to their word - Dino the contracts and "front man", Vince, the construction drawings and permits, NJ, all matters site and construction related.
