I built on a rear battle-axe block, which I thought was going to make things difficult, but the whole process was smooth from start to finish. We just built our rear lot home with Trio, the team there were fantastic to deal with. We were located in Karratha during the build and the communication was second to none given the restrictions of us being so far away, we will definitely be using them on the next one.
Highly recommend using Trio Homes. From start to finish, had nothing but good, positive interactions with all the staff. From the early planning stage, pre starts, on-site meetings, had a fantastic experience. Staff are all very professional, friendly, and really go out of their way to make you happy, and accommodate you wherever they can.
