Rose Hill is one of the better such facilities, in this area, that I've been to, and I've been in three in the last 4 years. The staff is very competent and caring. I shout out to the CNAs who as a whole were very good. A special shout out to Kia, CNA superstar! Even the food, which is usually suspect in such facilities, was good (3.8 *) I was there for physical rehab and found the therapists to be quite exceptional.
As a community professional who visits this building frequently, I frequently recommend Rose Hill to people considering a facility. The building is always clean, staff are always helpful and engaging. Seeing staff engage with their patients is important to me and I always see that here. Healthcare isn’t easy, but this facility truly has people in place that care about the health and wellbeing of their patients. I was admitted as a patient, got punched in the face by a 16 yr old as an 18 yr old. When I didn’t swing back, I got bullied for being weak. I got kicked out before the 16 year old, nobody said good bye to me when I left… awful experience I hope nobody goes through what I went through at this place… all cuz I was gay…

Social workers not certified in social work simply just CNAs. The DON preaches team work but doesn’t leave the office or come in when short staffed. Always short staffed burning out staff and causing patients to get less care than they need.
