I was admitted as a patient, got punched in the face by a 16 yr old as an 18 yr old. When I didn’t swing back, I got bullied for being weak. I got kicked out before the 16 year old, nobody said good bye to me when I left… awful experience I hope nobody goes through what I went through at this place… all cuz I was gay…

Social workers not certified in social work simply just CNAs. The DON preaches team work but doesn’t leave the office or come in when short staffed. Always short staffed burning out staff and causing patients to get less care than they need.
I have worked with Tiffany in social work for a while now and she is always very friendly and helpful. You can tell she truly care about her SNF community. The rest of the staff are always helpful and kind when I visit. The facility is always doing something for their residents.
